Recognition in the competition

In September the decision for the competition "Saladin-Eck" in Darmstadt was taken. The aim was to find a new design for a site of 620 m² in the historical quarter of the city. schneider+schumacher was honored with a recognition for their competition entry, which the jury describes in the following way: "the design […] has a high profile by the two tower-like emphases and the gap in between. It promises a differentiated usibility and robustness."
